Dr. Alan M. Allgood, D.M.D.
Dr. Alan Allgood was born and raised in Florence, AL. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 2006 with a degree in Chemistry. Dr. Allgood went on to earn a D.M.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2010 where he met his wife, Brittney. He practiced dentistry in Muscle Shoals, Birmingham and Foley before taking over Dr. Pampel’s practice in 2014. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Alabama Dental Association, Alabama Golf Association Board of Directors, and Fairhope United Methodist Church. He has a passion for learning, continuing education, and practicing dentistry. Dr. Allgood loves living in Baldwin County with his wife and children, Thomas, born May 2013, Leighton, born April 2015, Ellis Ann, born February 2017, and Henry, born March 2019. Alan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, the outdoors, movies, and the University of Alabama.
Dr. Brittney F. Allgood, D.M.D.
Dr. Brittney works full time at her office in Daphne, but we decided to give her a short bio just in case you see her hanging around the office from time to time. Dr. Brittney was born and raised in Pensacola, FL. She graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to Auburn University to earn her Master’s in Public Health. Soon after, she moved to Birmingham, AL, attended UAB School of Dentistry and earned a D.M.D. degree. Dr. Brittney began her practice at a pediatric clinic in Birmingham treating underserved children. Her next move was to Mobile, AL where she worked as a general dentist. She opened her own office (Allgood Dentistry) in Daphne, AL in February of 2014. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, cooking, the outdoors, and Auburn football.
Meet the Team
Elizabeth is Dr Allgood’s Office Manager. She handles the scheduling of appointments, filing insurance and retrieving patient’s benefits, and any financial arrangements. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. She has been working in the dental field since March 2005. Elizabeth and her husband Drew married in 2005 and have two children, Tripp and Colton. She loves reading, running, going to the beach, and jeep riding on the weekends.
Lori attended Dental Hygiene School at University of Alabama at Birmingham. She received her RDH degree in 2004. She has been in the dental field since 1999. Lori has two children, Steffane and Austin. Steffane graduated from Springhill College in May 2012 with a degree in Science. Austin graduated from high school in 2011 and works for UPS. He loves to run and hike. Lori is a proud grandma of four boys; Liam, Noah, Eli, and Ben. Her daughter and husband live on a farm and wanted to get started early on those farmhands! Lori spends her weekends at her daughter’s house soaking up her grandkids’ love.
Lisa is originally from Norway. She moved to the States in 2001 after she met her husband Steve. They lived on a sailboat in Key West for four years. Lisa moved to Daphne in 2005 and has been in the dental field since 2003 as a dental assistant. She and Steve bought a fixer upper in Perdido Beach in 2018. She spends her free time painting, working on the house and spending time with her two adopted dogs of unknown breed. She also enjoys reading, biking, and boating.
Monica has been in the dental field since 2007. She received her Dental Hygienist license in 2010 from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is originally from Pensacola, Fl but now resides in Silverhill with her husband Bobby and dog Merlin. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her niece Airien, hunting at their camp, and reading. Monica also enjoys running 5ks with Elizabeth and Madeline.
Madeline resides in Fairhope where she graduated from high school in 2012. Previously a nanny, she has been in the dental field since August 2017 as an assistant and has plans on attending hygiene school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in July 2020. Madeline is very active with her church and local gym. She loves baking and we cannot get enough of her famous Chocolate Chip cookies.
